Contradiction on the open web

The 20%-of-balance minimum is far outside every other published policy and could not be confirmed against a primary document. Treat it as unverified.

Escrow

Not published. A recast fixes principal and interest. It does not fix the escrow portion of your bill, which is billed separately and can still move with taxes and insurance.
